
IBENA - The eighth meeting of the "Food Security and People's Livelihood Improvement" working group took place with the attendance of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare, and the Minister of Justice, under the chairmanship of the Governor of the Central Bank.
This meeting, held with the aim of discussing solutions to ease the clearance of machinery and production equipment, featured a report on the current status of the country's foreign exchange market.
According to the report, foreign exchange transactions in the commercial foreign exchange market reached $135 million on the current day, and with the measures taken, the foreign exchange market is experiencing a stable trend.
During this meeting, a set of proposals from the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad and the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade were reviewed to support production units and ensure working capital supply, and these proposals were sent to the Central Bank's Supreme Council for approval.
